At Vipani, we aim to provide a seamless B2B procurement experience. This policy outlines our approach to returns and cancellations for our digital services and subscriptions.

1.Digital Services

As Vipani primarily offers digital services, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we have provisions for cancellations and service terminations.

2.Subscription Cancellations

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions:
  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions:
  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
  • If cancelled within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, cancellations are subject to our prorated refund policy as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.One-Time Purchases or Add-Ons

  • Cancellations for one-time purchases or add-ons may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the feature or add-on has not been used or accessed.

4.Custom Development or Integration Services

  • Cancellations for custom development or integration services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.

5.Cancellation Process

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@vipani.ai.
  • Include your account details and the reason for your cancellation request.
  • We will process your request and respond within 3 business days.

6.Effects of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, access to Vipani services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for extracting any data you wish to retain before the cancellation takes effect.
  • Vipani will retain your data for a period of 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7.Reactivation of Cancelled Accounts

  • If you wish to reactivate a cancelled account, please contact our support team.
  • Reactivation may be subject to current pricing and terms.

8.Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services, such as transaction fees or usage-based charges, are non-refundable upon cancellation.

9. Changes to This Policy
