1.Subscription Services

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions:

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions:

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 30 days, refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription.

2.One-Time Purchases or Add-Ons

Refunds for one-time purchases or add-ons may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the purchased feature or add-on must not have been used or accessed.

3.Custom Development or Integration Services

Refunds for custom development or integration services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If work has already commenced, we may offer a partial refund less the cost of work already performed.

4.Refund Process

Include your account details, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant information that may support your case.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.
Processing of approved refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud or misuse of our services.
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
